Kaumani Development Corporation (KDC) was born with a goal of developing high-quality properties that are both unique and inspiring. KDC's inaugural project is currently underway in Edmonton, Alberta.

We take a long-term approach to development, investment, and ownership. By being selective and deliberate, we ensure we can add meaningful value and deploy the right resources such that our projects are viable and successful for decades to come. Our business model requires long-term vision and thorough, thoughtful planning that considers all aspects of development. Above all else, we seek quality in everything we do.
